It can also raise your blood pressure leading to more severe medical problems. Having high levels of stress can cause you to have headaches, migraines, nervous breakdowns, and even heart problems. Unfortunately, our daily lives are full of things that can cause stress. Everyone has some kind of personal and work related stress. We all have a lot to juggle each day. Trying to keep a fair balance between work, family, responsibilities and bills can be extremely difficult. It's just something that you can not get rid of.
